Morristown Beard School seeks a dynamic and dedicated full-time Database Manager responsible for managing the school’s core data systems, with a primary focus on our Veracross student information system and its integrations. This role ensures accurate, secure, and efficient data flow across institutional systems, and provides direct support to campus offices that rely on Veracross for daily operations.

Responsibilities

Veracross Data Management

• Manage data integrity and accuracy
• Establish and maintain data governance and best practices
• Support data flow between Veracross and third-party platforms
• Provide direct system support for end users that rely on Veracross (Business Office, Admissions, Advancement, Athletics, Academics)
• Help offices use Veracross effectively and efficiently
• Plan and execute critical annual Veracross events, including academic year rollover, enrollment/re-enrollment, and academic term transitions
• Ensure accurate data connections between Digistorm website and app with Veracross
• Work with Raiser’s Edge Database Manager

Help Desk & Technical Support

• Assist with tech tickets across all areas
• Participate in after-hours or emergency support when required

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Veracross or similar system
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience supporting non-technical users with data systems
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Patient and service-minded
• Proactive about data quality and process improvement
